| Our Project Management Team oversees new-build projects (from design stage through to delivery), refits and refurbishments. We ensure that works are effectively identified, scheduled, managed and delivered on time and within budget. Our project management ensures minimum down time and maximum charter availability. We offer a total solution for vessels required to comply with the International Safety Management (ISM) Code. We can provide a user friendly Safety Management System (SMS) which actively encourages crew participation. The ISM Code requires the provision of a full-time shore-based Designated Person Ashore (DPA) to act as a link between the management company and the vessel.    |
